Adache-Icon Expands to China

Daniel E. Adache, AIA, President of Adache Group Architects of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Vice Chairman Adache-Icon, LLC, has announced the recent opening of a regional office in Beijing, China.

Adache-Icon LLC, is a joint venture company formed with Los Angeles based Leisure-Quest International, LLC a leading international design consultancy specializing in themed resorts, theme parks, attractions and tourism development worldwide.

Adache-Icon will undertake architectural work China, focusing specifically on world class hotels, resorts and high end residential developments. Mr. Adache recently returned from Beijing where
he attended the grand opening of the new Bejing office, said “We have been monitoring the China market for some time now. China has continued to experience strong and impressive economic growth. This fact together with China’s large and growing middle class has created significant demand for world class hotels, resorts, and housing. The opening of the Beijing office has positioned us well to take advantage of this opportunity and continue Adache Group’s legacy as an industry leader in the hospitality design industry”.
