Adache-Icon, LLC is owned by Leisure Quest International, LLC and Adache Group Architects, Inc. Mr. Mark A. Driscoll, Chairman of Leisure Quest International, LLC serves as Adache-Icon's Chairman, while Mr. Daniel E. Adache, Chairman of Adache Group Architects holds the position of Vice Chairman. Mr. George M. Fletcher serves as the Company's President.

Mr. Driscoll and Mr. Adache, both accomplished businessmen, work closely together on strategic planning for the firm. Mr. Fletcher is charged with daily operations and management of the company.

Mark A. Driscoll, Chairman	Mark Driscoll Mr. Driscoll is an acknowledged expert in the design and development of leisure, entertainment and tourism destinations. For over 25 years, Mr. Driscoll has participated in a number of world-class developments for such notable organizations as The Walt Disney Company, Hilton Hotels, Warner Brothers, Nakheel, Sheraton Hotels, Caesars Palace, and Universal Studios. In Dubai, UAE, Mr. Driscoll played key roles in a number of ground breaking projects in Dubai, UAE including Palm Island, The World Islands, and Madinat Jumierah Resort the largest and most successful resort development in the Middle East. Mr. Driscoll serves as President of Leisure Quest International, LLC a leader in leisure, entertainment and tourism development and as President of Post Conflict Advisors, specializing in post-conflict economic development. Mr. Driscoll recently served in Iraq as a Sr. Advisor to the U.S. Department of State.


Daniel E. Adache, Vice Chairman, AIA, NCARB	Daniel E. Adache Mr. Adache, AIA, founded Adache Group Architects in 1969. Listed in “Who’s Who in leading American Executives”, Mr. Adache, in his entrepreneurial spirit, brings a broad range of value from his years of experience, not only as an award winning Architect, but as a successful real estate developer and general contractor. This range of accumulated experience, accompanied with his creative talent has set the tone and demands upon the firm for almost four decades; resulting in exceptional world class architecture, with a reputation that far exceeds the competition in quality, value, and bottom line efficiency. Mr. Adache attributes his company’s success to the assembling of a professional team, providing exceptional service, having high expectations, and staying intimately involved in the design and management process.

George M. Fletcher, President	George Fletcher Mr. Fletcher has more than 25 years of international experience . Mr. Fletcher combines his international and domestic experience to create and design world class environments for the firm’s clients. As President, he brings top management and leadership to the firm. His responsibilities include overseeing the day to day administration of the firm; client liaison; contract negotiations; and overall production management in all phases of design, contract documents and construction management. Mr. Fletcher also oversees the firms’ departmentalized studios which work with clients to ensure the best possible and most efficient.
