Group Architects, Inc. Mr. Mark A. Driscoll, Chairman of Leisure Quest
International, LLC serves as Adache-Icon's Chairman, while Mr. Daniel E.
Adache, Chairman of Adache Group Architects holds the position of Vice
Chairman. Mr. George M. Fletcher serves as the Company's
President.
Mr. Driscoll and Mr. Adache, both
accomplished businessmen, work closely together on strategic
planning for the firm. Mr. Fletcher is charged with daily
operations and management of the company.
