Only a small handful of architectural firms can claim such an achievement.  As one of the leading hotel and resort design firms, we continue to undertake some of the most exciting and unique projects for the world's leading hotel developers.  Listed below are just a few of our most recent projects.

• "W" Fort Lauderdale, Fl The W Fort Lauderdale Resort and Residences is located on the Ft. Lauderdale waterfront.  The development features a 300 room hotel, 3 restaurants and 200 residences. 
• Sandpearl Resort, Clearwater, FlThe Sandpearl Resort features 380 suites, three restaurants, a health club, entertainment complex and a free-form swimming pool with private cabanas.

 

• Hard Rock Hotel, Tampa The Seminole Hard Rock Cafe & Casino in Tampa features 250 rooms, a 150,000 square foot casino and seven restaurants.
• Eco-Resort, TibetOne of the first eco-resorts to be developed in Tibet, this unique development utilizes local and natural materials.  Electricity is provided by hydroelectric generators.

 

• Desert Resort, Inner Mongolia The Desert Resort will feature two hotels, a themed retail plaza, 18 hole signature golf course, cultural village, villas and a corporate retreat center.
